What We Offer

Career Development

Vision Coaching Program – Upon starting with Private Vista, you will be assigned a Coach. Your coach is focused on helping you with your role and career development. They will help you draft goals, measure success, and provide feedback on your progress. You and your coach have quarterly reviews which help to create strategies to help you achieve your goals.

  • 1st Quarter – Career Development

  • 2nd Quarter – Focus on Goals and Tracking

  • 3rd Quarter – Business Development

  • 4th Quarter – Review of the Year and Plan for Next Year

Rise and Shine Mentoring Program – Upon starting with Private Vista, you will also be assigned a Mentor. Your mentor acts as a confidential sounding board who provides honest feedback. They will help you with any personal struggles such as figuring out your work/life balance and ensuring you are taking care of your mental health. Your mentor brings a wealth of knowledge with great perspective to help lift you up to rise and shine and grow your career. You and your Mentor meet twice a year formally, but informally you grab lunch and talk often, just to check in.

Advisor Career Path Clearly defined career paths allow you to grow, expand, and pursue changing interests in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our goal at Private Vista is that anyone we hire stays with us throughout their career. So far, this has worked well for us as the average number of years our advisors stay with Private Vista is 14.78 years!
