Vision Coaching Program – Upon starting with Private Vista, you will be assigned a Coach. Your coach is focused on helping you with your role and career development. They will help you draft goals, measure success, and provide feedback on your progress. You and your coach have quarterly reviews which help to create strategies to help you achieve your goals.
1st Quarter – Career Development
2nd Quarter – Focus on Goals and Tracking
3rd Quarter – Business Development
4th Quarter – Review of the Year and Plan for Next Year
