MY FINANCIAL SERVICES CAREER BEGAN IN 1982
My interest in money management started as a teenager and has been my passion ever since. I first became interested in money management after discovering a book at a local library. From that point on, I had become a voracious reader of everything I could find on the subject. For the 40+ years since then, I have been analyzing and studying the markets and applying what I have learned. I am always looking for something new to learn from events that play out in real time, and that keeps me totally engaged and focused. I am happy to be doing what I have always wanted to do.
MY PRIVATE VISTA
My Private Vista is to continue to do what I am doing. I do not dream of living in an exotic location or of working in a different occupation, I think that if I were forced to do something else, I would miss working in this industry and would probably pull myself back into it. My mind is always on the markets, not on a far distant land, even when I am traveling, I always want to know what is going on in the financial markets. Perhaps what I like best about this industry is that every day is different, and that never becomes old for me.
COMMUNITY
My wife and I provide food, clothing and education to a child overseas through a foundation that we sponsor, and have traveled to visit the child a few times
